Schwingungsdämpfer, auch Schwingmetalle oder Gummi-Metall-Puffer genannt, sind fester Bestandteil der Schwingungstechnik und kommen immer dann zum Einsatz, wenn starke mechanische Schwingungen und Stöße isoliert werden müssen. Auch wenn es um die Reduktion von Vibrationen oder Körperschall geht, sind Schwingungsdämpfer unerlässlich. Gerade im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau sowie in der Baumaschinenindustrie werden die dämpfenden Schwingmetalle eingesetzt. Bei ETTINGER erhalten Sie Druckdämpfer in zahlreichen Varianten und unterschiedlichen Shore-Härten sowie Isolierstützen, Gewindeblöcke und Gelenkbolzen.
Schwingungsdämpfer – lernen Sie unsere Varianten kennen
Schwingungsdämpfer absorbieren Stöße und Vibrationen zuverlässig. Dämpfer von ETTINGER können auf Druck, Schub oder eine Kombination aus beidem belastet werden. Mit ihrer Wirkkraft schützen Sie Bauteile vor frühzeitigem Ausfall durch zu hohe Schwingungsbelastungen.
Gerade wenn empfindliche Baugruppen von vibrierenden Umgebungen (z. B. Maschinen) oder Komponenten (wie z. B. Lüfter) schwingungsmäßig entkoppelt werden müssen, sind Gummi-Metall-Puffer empfehlenswert. So wird eine dauerhafte Funktion gewährleistet.
Bei ETTINGER haben Sie die Wahl zwischen Schwingungsdämpfern verschiedener Bauformen:
Schwingungsdämpfer mit unterschiedlichen Shore-Härten
Eine wichtige Komponente zur Beeinflussung der Dämpfungseigenschaften ist der Grad der Beschaffenheit des Dämpfungsmaterials als solches. Diese Eigenschaften werden als Shore-Härte (Sh) und nach dem Prüfverfahren (z. B. „A“) angegeben. Die SHORE-Härte A wird für Weichgummi und die SHORE-Härte C und D werden für Elastomere und auch weiche Thermoplaste angewandt.
Elastische Kunststoffe haben unterschiedliche Shore-Härten aufzuweisen, die entsprechend angegeben werden. Je höher der Wert, desto härter und fester der Dämpfer und desto geringer die Dämpfungseigenschaften. Weichere Ausführungen dagegen besitzen bessere Dämpfungseigenschaften.
Unsere Schwingungsdämpfer erhalten Sie wahlweise aus Gummi oder Neopren mit folgenden Shore-Härten:
- Gummi: Shore-Härte A57, auf Wunsch A43 oder A68
- Neopren: Shore-Härte A40–43
