Extensive range of battery contacts
We supply battery contacts with single contacts for use with one battery and dual contacts for two batteries. We also supply battery contacts with clips for securing the battery, spring contacts as well as battery straps and snap-on connectors. Special single contact components, such as bracket-shaped contacts, as well as components for use in SMD technology are also part of our range.
Here is an overview of the popular battery contacts available to order easily online from ETTINGER – even in large quantities!
- SMD coin cell contacts: suitable for button/coin cell batteries with a diameter of 6.8 mm – 30 mm
- Standard battery contacts: Naturally, both positive and negative contacts are available and they are particularly well suited to installation in plastic enclosures. With coil springs, solder lugs, or printed circuit board or wire lead connections as required. At ETTINGER, we have standard battery contacts for battery sizes A, AA, AAA, AAAA and N in our product range and available from stock.
We can generally also deliver the following types of battery contacts from stock – even in high volumes:
- Single contacts with positive contact for mounting on plastic rails.
- Dual contacts with negative and positive contacts for mounting on plastic rails.
- Battery contacts for direct PCB mounting (THM) → with securing clip to protect the battery from impacts and vibration
- High-performance battery contacts for extreme loads, requirements and areas of application that require the battery to remain securely seated. They are also more resistant to impacts, shocks and vibrations than standard battery contacts.
- Battery connector straps: in a competitively priced, standard design (Economy) or a high-quality premium design with special snap-on contacts for commercially available 9 V batteries
- Snap-on contacts and stud contacts for 9 V batteries
Battery contacts for modern SMD technology are available in the following models from ETTINGER:
- Battery contacts for SMD technology with large contact surface and flow hole technology for a secure soldered joint and reliable connection
- Battery contacts with clips: for SMD mounting of A and AA batteries
On request, we can also supply reverse polarity protection in the form of special plastic washers. These reliably prevent batteries from being incorrectly inserted, and with standard metal battery holders, they are simply mounted over the + pole.
