Stiftverbindungen kommen im Maschinenbau zum Einsatz, wenn Werkstücke formschlüssig in Radialrichtung der Befestigungselemente verbunden werden sollen. Durch das Eindrücken oder Einpressen eines Stifts mit Übermaß in eine Bohrung entsteht ein Kraftschluss, der eine haltbare Verbindung gewährleistet.
Dabei werden je nach Form Kegelstifte, Spannstifte, Kerbstifte und Zylinderstifte unterschieden, die folgende Funktionen haben:
- Fixierung von Bauteilen
- Sicherung von Bolzen und Muttern
- Wegbegrenzung (Anschlagstifte)
- fliegende Lagerung
- Federhalterungen
- scherfeste Verbindungen
Welche Stiftform Anwendung findet, hängt unter anderem von der geforderten Sitzfestigkeit, Lösbarkeit, Scherkraft und Fixiergenauigkeit ab. Zylinderstifte sind für lagesichere Verbindungen prädestiniert, bei denen die Lösbarkeit nicht im Vordergrund steht.
Bei ETTINGER erhalten Sie die zylindrischen Stifte in verschiedenen Ausführungen nach ISO bzw. DIN.
Diese Zylinderstifte stehen zur Auswahl
Im Sortiment finden Sie Zylinderstifte aus gehärtetem oder ungehärtetem Stahl, mit oder ohne Innengewinde, verschiedenen Nenndurchmessern und Nennlängen, ggf. Oberflächenbehandlung sowie diversen Toleranzfeldern. Des Weiteren liefern wir rostfreie Ausführungen aus Edelstahl A1 und A4.
Die Zylinderstifte entsprechen den Normen DIN 7 bzw. ISO 2338, jeweils mit Toleranzfeld m6: Die Normen sind in der Regel austauschbar. Beachten Sie aber, dass nach DIN die Gesamtlänge exklusive Kuppen, nach ISO inklusive Kuppen angegeben wird. Zylinderstifte mit Gewinde liefern wir nach ISO 8733 (Toleranzfeld m6, gehärtet). Produkte nach ISO 8734 bzw. DIN 6325 (Norm zurückgezogen) sind durchgehärtet und haben ebenfalls die Passung m6. Weitere Toleranzfelder erhalten Sie auf Anfrage.
