Insulating washers from ETTINGER are particularly suitable as insulation for power transistors. Insulating washers in the form of transistor flat washers ensure optimal heat transfer while simultaneously providing electrical insulation. Insulating bushings in numerous designs for precisely fitting insulation
Also available from ETTINGER: high-quality insulating films or heat dissipation films for semiconductor components such as transistors, diodes or crystals – for example, made of highly thermally conductive silicone film with glass fiber fabric. This material is not susceptible to cold flow, is non-aging, non-toxic and resistant to cleaning agents. It also contains no organic components. The flexibility of the material ensures optimal surface contact and enables multiple components to be mounted on the same piece of insulating foil. Mounting is simple, clean and fast, since no thermal paste has to be applied. The insulating films are available on request with UL approval for the USA and Canada. We can supply the molded parts in varying thickness and as single-hole, two-hole and three-hole variants.
