Prices

• The offer of ETTINGER GmbH is exclusively directed to business customers.
• All prices are net prices plus any value-added tax at the statutory rates applicable at the time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping Conditions:

• The flat rates shown apply only to shipments up to 31kg sent by ETTINGER Standard Shipping. 
• Deliveries by ETTINGER Standard Shipping are fulfilled by DHL Paket or UPS Standard within Germany and DHL Europaket or TNT Economy to Europe. Shipping rates for all other types of shipping are calculated according to the costs incurred.
• Flat rate shipping rates apply only to Ettinger Standard Shipping within Germany and to Europe Zones 1, 2 and 3. The shipping cost is based on the delivery address.
• For delivery to all other countries, remote areas of Europe and the following EU special member state territories ETTINGER Standard Shipping is not available: Faroes, Greenland, French and British overseas territories and non-European territories of the Netherlands. Shipping rates for delivery to these countries and regions are calculated according to the costs incurred.
• A flat rate packaging charge of €5 is incurred for all carriage forward shipments for all types of shipping to all regions of the world up to 31kg.
• The costs shown for packaging and shipping are exclusive of value added tax.
• Orders over 31kg will generally be shipped by a forwarding agency. This may increase the costs for shipping and packaging.
• Depending on the billing address, there may be export surcharges in addition to the shipping costs.
